Agreement to Terms
By using GoDrive's self-drive car rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Eligibility Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Driving License: Indian license (minimum 1 year old)
- ID Proof: Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID
- Security Deposit: Refundable deposit per vehicle category
Rental Terms
- Minimum rental period is 24 hours
- Return with same fuel level as pickup
- Daily limit: 250 km (excess charged ₹8-15/km)
- Late returns charged at hourly rate (3hr grace)
- Vehicles must be returned clean
Prohibited Uses
Vehicles must NOT be used for:
- Driving under influence of alcohol/drugs
- Racing or competitive events
- Towing other vehicles
- Sub-letting or unauthorized drivers
- Commercial purposes without approval
- Crossing state borders without notification

Insurance & Liability
- All vehicles have comprehensive coverage
- Renter liable for damages up to deposit amount
- Traffic violations are renter's responsibility
- Toll charges borne by renter
In Case of Accident
- Immediately inform GoDrive at +91 98765 43210
- File an FIR at nearest police station
- Do not admit liability or negotiate
- Document with photos and videos
